Attendees represent all sectors of the food industry, from packaging to manufacturing, to R&D and food safety, to marketing and sales and beyond. With professionals in industry, academia, and government, we strive to promote all aspects of the global food system.
Exhibitors also represent all sectors of the food industry as well! Check out the latest in food ingredients, flavors, lab equipment, processing equipment, food processing, distributors and contract services.
Attendees have the opportunity to explore the latest in food ingredients, services, logistics, and more – all for free. Enjoy appetizers and a cash bar throughout the Expo, then stay around for the social hour from 7-8 PM.

We are back to the Signature of Solon Country Club! Join us as we return to a great location for both the Expo and the Golf Outing. Plenty of hotels to choose from.

Space Information
Exhibitors will enjoy a hall with plenty of space – 8’x6’ area with a 6 foot table, 2 chairs, and carpet. Also enjoy a free drink ticket with lunch available for purchase and delivered to you while you set up your booth space. Appetizers and a cash bar will be available all through the Expo.

Booths with a green fill are open for reservation.
- Zoom into the map booth below to see more details on each booth – number, size, and cost.
- Once you’ve found the right booth, click on it to select. The panel on the left should display the relevant booth information.
- When you’re ready to move forward, click “reserve” on the left panel. You’ll be taken to the exhibitor portal to complete your reservation.
- In the registration page, you’re able to select booth add-ons & sponsorships to your reservation.
- Once you’ve selected any add-ons & your information is correctly entered – press “Reserve” at the bottom of the page. You’re all set!
Once you’ve registered you’ll receive information via the provided email, as well as the link to your individual exhibitor portal.
